How it started
Prep Empire wasn't started by chefs, influencers, or people with unlimited free time.
It started with two ordinary people trying to take their health more seriously.
Like many others, we spent years knowing what we should do, but struggled with consistency. Between full-time work, daily responsibilities, and life in general, eating well often became an afterthought.
As we learned more about nutrition and started making small changes to our own lifestyle, we realised something important: healthy eating doesn't have to be boring, and it doesn't have to feel like a punishment.
What started as meal prepping for ourselves slowly became something bigger.
Today, Prep Empire is still run by just the two of us.
While one of us is at work during the day, the other is in the kitchen planning, testing recipes, and preparing meals. After work, you'll usually find us at the gym, doing grocery runs late at night, washing dishes, packing orders, answering customer messages, and figuring out how to make Prep Empire a little better than it was yesterday.
Every meal on our menu goes through multiple rounds of planning, calorie calculations, protein tracking, blast freezing, thawing, reheating, and taste testing before it ever reaches our customers.
Why?
Because if we're putting our name on it, we want it to be something we'd happily eat ourselves.
Our goal has never been to create the cheapest meals or the fanciest meals.
Our goal is simple:
To help busy people eat better, stay consistent, and reach their goals without giving up the flavours they love.
